From Hazard to Harvest: How Aerial Robotics Might Be Used to Upcycle Invasive Forest Pathogens To Biochar

Join Freeport resident and Fable Forestry founder Winslow Robinson, PhD for an engaging discussion on precision forestry and its role in combating invasive forest pathogens. Learn how aerial robotics are being used to remove Browntail Moth (BTM) nests from trees, and how Fable is upcycling these and other forest pathogens into biochar. This talk will explore design thinking, and innovative forestry management solutions that can help protect Mainers and Maine trees against BTM.
