Far from being morbid, the session highlights how crafting an obituary can be a reflective exercise in storytelling, legacy-building, and self-understanding. Through compassionate guidance and real-world experience, the presenter demystifies what an obituary is, what it can include, and how it can celebrate a life with authenticity and heart.
