Literary Martinis Through the Ages: Cocktail Class Fundraiser with Nikaline from Vessel & Vine In-Person
Our friends at Vessel & Vine have chosen Curtis Memorial Library to be the recipient of their community fundraising programs this month! Proceeds from this fundraiser will support the Curtis Contemporaries. About the class:
The martini is surely the most mentioned cocktail in classic literature, and also likely the most imbibed cocktail by the authors themselves. From the classic Vesper martini of James Bond in Casino Royale to the White Angel in Breakfast at Tiffany's, we’ve got a lot of material to unpack here!
Join us as we recreate classic martini recipes, and hone in on what your perfect martini might be, all while eating some tasty snacks and sipping on your creations - in the library's 1904 Building!
