Summer Art Saturday In-Person

Join us for crafting fun at the library. We will host three activity      stations  and  have staff ready to assist  all       aspiring artists.

Complementary  displays will allow participants to     continue to explore these crafts at home with our Library of Things, an unique       collection of copyright vector designs, and tomes of inspiration.

Neighbors bring your colleagues, kids bring your adults: all crafts are community and family friendly. This program is free, open to the  public, and will be held   outside unless it rains.

Kumihimo craft -  Use our rainbow threads to design your custom bracelet, earrings or belt.

Printing collage - Discover the entrancing power of ink, stamps, prints, and wax resists.

Mosaic flora - Use the beautiful drawings from the Plant Library to make your own mosaics and celebrate the  powers of native plants.

A Little Free Library - Contribute to a community art piece by adding some more decoration to a Little Free  Library. Don’t’ forget to add your name to the noon  drawing; you could win it to take home.
