The ongoing pandemic has brought a rapid shift to many people’s lives. As we move forward into a post pandemic world, there is no question that hope and healing are needed. Please join NAMI Maine and The Curtis Memorial Library as we move forward together to discuss ways to build resiliency at home and in our communities. Topics will include normalizing stress and anxiety, provide effective coping strategies, discuss the impacts of COVID-19, and a brief discussion on suicide prevention.

*This presentation is open to anyone in the Brunswick Region Community.
