 history & facts\n	overview of services offered at each service desk\n	tech 
 & creative services\n	book groups and upcoming programs\n\n\nTours take 
 about 45 minutes\, with plenty of time for questions throughout. Tours 
 depart from the Hopeful sign in the lobby.\n\nCan't make it at this time
